I want to do a turbo build on my f22a6 but I'm not sure what the difference is between the types of turbos and witch will work better on my motor what all has to be done to the stock motor to handel 225 to 300hp? Going to be a daily driver at least I hope I can drive it with that much power!
Thanks for all the advice so far this is what I have for my build PO6 ECU , Greedy blow off valve , and waste gate new head gasket set feelpro , oil catch can, inter cooler ebay ,piping for inter cooler ebay , new oil and water pump, msd 6al ignition box, clutch pedel assembly and slave cylinder, resivour, shifter, cables for shifter I still have alot more parts to stock pile b4 I instal, would like to have it done by summer but I'm not rushing it dont want to put it togeather twice the first time my goals are to get the power I mentions above drive it for a while then do a fully built f20b our another f22a I like the personality of the SOHC nothing against DOHC's I like the single plus its different.
in offer to keep my a/c and be turbo I will have to have a manifold made to locate the turbo higher in the engine bay correct?
