    Engine Code Ha

i just got a honda accord and the engine block code just has a HA.. its a sohc but thats all i know.. anyone ever heard of this motor

that's not the engine code. The "HA" on the block stamp means that the engine was made in the US, if I'm not mistaken. The engine code should be nearby though. You have an F22 of some kind. An F22B1 if the valvecover says VTEC on it, an F22b2 or an F22A if it doesn't (but most likely an F22B2).

To see what's on the block stamp better, clean off that flat area with some brakleen or engine cleaner, and scrub it with a rag.

There's no need to double post, the whole site is tied together, someone will see your question.
And I think you're looking too high for the stamp:

(stolen from H-T. Belongs to GhostAccord's Photobucket.)
