I have then Ingall's kit up front, none in the rear. It sucks, get a balljoint camber kit.

I have this setup. Ingalls front anchor bolt camber kit, works fine for me. All shocks are set at middle perch. I used washer trick (2 per screw) for rear. Alignment was in spec all-around afterwards.

You will need the larger degree range 1.5-3 deg (if memory serves me right). Get the rubber bushings for less squeak noise on inclines, I have the poly and they do that every now & then.
