          I'm calling bullshit on this one. The monitor was tipping before the the cat jumped up.

          edit: it's also not plugged into anything.

              I think I see a string or something next to the table that the monitor is on and it goes up the front like someone placed a hidden camera and tied off the monitor to pull the thing onto this guys head as a prank.

                  I think it is fake too, the cat seems to be a different shot and added later because it doesn't react and also seems to not be affected by the base of the TV. I've seen the higher quality video on youtube too, you can see the string better on youtube.
