Shes been sitting for 7 years after the clutch went out in her.. Now the brakes dont work. lol and its parked on a hill. Runs amazing sounds amazing but the paint is showing signs of wear and it does have a little surface rust here and there.. Im worried how the electrical in it has held up.. 4 barrel double pump edelbrock carb. 10 miles to the gallon going to the grocery store and 10 miles to the gallon pulling 10000 pounds lol

After looking at the truck again if it is a 1974 it has the wrong grille. It has a 75-77 grille in it I believe.

I want to say that truck has a Warner Gear T89C trans and a column shifter unless someone has put it on the floor. The clutch should be real easy to change regardless of what it has or whats been put in it.

If that 460 gets 10mpg period its doing good! My 390 only got 7. As for the wiring, as long as there are no rats nests in it you should be good to go. Even if there are some wiring issues there are not all that many wires that you'd have to fix as the truck doesn't have a whole lot.

If you were closer I'd help you get it running again! But only if you let me take that big block and burn the back tires off all the way down your street!

The Lotus will be fun. I am tempted to rent one locally through Club Sportiva for $359 per day.
