    Where do these brackets go?

    Hey guys and girls,

I'm trying to find out where I removed two of the pictured brackets from, the one on the left and the one on the right. These are off of a '92 LX 5 speed. I tried comparing to my '91 LX auto and I don't see them anywhere.

I suspect the one on the right has a transmission case bolt go through it, but I can't figure out where exactly after looking through my manual.

I figured out what the second from the left one was, apparently it snapped off of the rear airbox bracket. I need a replacement one of those if anyone has one. I'd try to weld it back but it looks like it was bent and stretched before it broke and it's way out of whack.

That left one looks like the the one off the Distrubtor that hold the plugs in place. That’s about the only one I recognize.

Thought I replied yesterday. The black one is #25; it mounts under the head of the rear bolt for the battery tray; the peg on the bracket plugs into the air filter housing. I pm'd you about #24.

The one on the right is #16 I think, but I couldn't find specifically where it is on Ruby.

        Thanks for responding fellas.

Grumpy - I thought so too so I compared to the one on my new distributor but it doesn't seem to match. I figure I'll leave for later when I'm ready to install it.

Fleetwood - About #16: Possibly goes on the trans case to hold a clip for the condenser fan connector?

I think I found #16. Mounts under one of the transmission mounting bolts below and somewhat behind the distributor; one of the engine harness clips plugs into it.
