Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

my buddy got licensed a few months ago. I like it a lot. We are still in the process of tuning my car. He is doing it for free, so i can only get on the dyno when it is empty. Which is not very often.

then stick to crome and all its "glory"

ectune is way above the ranks of crome and is treated that way. Only authorized tuners who have shown to know what they are doing and are willing to pay for the dealer software are able to burn maps.

it would turn it into crome which allowed any and everyone to say they can tune cars other than their own. not good for quality control of a tuner product.

very valid point, but all I really need to do is have an ostrich for each car I tune. then save the calibration.

not too bad. kinda helps out. and if they are really into it, they will have no problem going and buying an ostrich like the rest of us did!

so ya it sucks, but limits the crap of lower standard tuners away!

no questions yet I really have not played too much with it...
I will once I get my boost rocking!

the customer will also need to buy the pro version. the ostrich is locked to each license.

hmm so I can not run 3 different ostrichs?
I have to remove my ostrich to each car.

basically I wanna tune 3 cars (all mine)!
I guess I could save the calibrations and move them around! thats weak.

                          how much is tuner version?

sold it. i wanted to finish my NA build, however, it spun a bearing and now im going all out with it. Don Flores is building me a custom race block. the top will consist of my CCcylinderheads ported head and skunk2 Pro3 cams. there are some other minor things, but that is the gist of it.
