    Intake air bypass not working.

This is an F22A6 with the stock PT6 ECU.
I am not even sure if it was even working before the full wire tuck and fuse box relocation.
I have plugged the actuator valve directly to vacuum and the system closes so no problem there.
The black/yellow wire is getting 12 volts at the control solenoid. The pink/blue wire from ECU pin 17 is getting a small amount of voltage like around 4 volts , so no problems there.
When I tie into the pink/blue wire at the solenoid and ground it the solenoid clicks and the actuator is engaged closing the IAB butterfly's. So obviously the solenoid works too. I'm at a loss here so any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

So your saying the ecu is not closing the butterfly valves? Trying to understand what your asking. What ecu are you running? You have a 93 ex so your motor came with the IABs correct?

Hey brother. Sorry if I left out that information.
Yeah it is an F22A6 with the original PT6.
I have a P06 chipped and wired for IAB but I'm not running it till I get a tune, (the basemap on it is screwed), and get the H23A1 intake, stage 2 cam, pro springs & 70mm TB in.
For right now though I just want to find out why it is not working in its current form before moving onto everything else.
I'll edit the original post to include the missing info. Thanks.

Ok, thought I'd give a quick update in case it helps anyone in the future.
After determining that everything was working I realized this was only after I bypassed the ECU.
So even though my PO6 wired for IAB's has a bad basemap, I pulled it off the shelf and hooked it up.
As soon as I turned the ignition on the solenoid clicked and the actuator closed the butterflys.
So the problem seems to be the stock pt6. Most likely the transistor or resistor that controls the IAB's is no good.
