hot wings

I told some people I'd make some hot wings. They said the wings from restraints around here aren't hot enough (I agree). I am looking for some input for the hottest sauce I can buy or make.

I use franks hot sauce. I melt about a stick or so of butter depending upon how much sauce I'm making. I then add some cayenne pepper and some red crushed depending on how hot you want it. I like the red crushed the most because it gives it a little texture. I also add some granulated garlic.

sounds damn good I love siracha sauce and franks red hot and this is like a mash up of both sounds great! But I would just add some jalapeno seeds not the pepper just the seeds too franks red hot and butter that should make them hot but not habanero hot which is too hot for most people IMHO

Used franks, white onion, a little worcestershire sauce, cayanne pepper, minced garlic, vinegar and lots of serrano peppers. Tastes good in the pot. Hopefully it will taste good on the wings.

They will be rolled in flour and deep fried.

Dave's Insanity Sauce......maybe mix it with Franks wing sauce with will add some thickness and flavor, but still keep the heat.

Ghost Peppers are old news now lol....its all about the Scorpion Pepper, or Carolina Reaper.
