    starchland : 1993 Accord LX (2)

    starchland : 1993 Accord LX (2)

My 2nd CB7. Somewhat of a project 2nd car. I love these cars. So far just been fixing a few things here and there on the car - my theme is DIY and on a budget. This will be somewhat of a journal for progress as well. Bought the car with 219k km.

    ENGINE :

    Sri intake
    Poly filled engine mounts

    EXTERIOR :

    OEM wind deflector

    INTERIOR :

DIY short shifter & bucket drop

    SUSPENSION/WHEELS :

    H&R race on oem dampers
    Front strut bar
    DIY rear strut bar
95 EXR Wheels - in progress
rear sway bar from EX - I need mounting hardware

    AUDIO/ELECTRONICS :

    Stock

    FUTURE PLANS :

    EXR lip
    DIY tint
    sound system
    HID kit
    a6 cam,ecu
    h23 IM
    exhaust

    Some pics:

Just lowered - broken coil spring motivated me to put on the springs, it has sunk down quite a bit since this

checking out the new wheel fitment lol (gonna run 205/55/15 I think?)

custom short shifter - probably favourite DIY mod evar

Short ram first mod lol $20 - flatblack paint

    Bye-Bye proper filtration

Poly filled torque mount - not pretty but it works!

Thats my progress so far in a month, and of course one pic of the other beater

Not bad at all really. Can't say I'm a fan of the red interior though, I passed up a few cars because of it haha. I'm looking forward to see the progress you make with it though! Good luck!

Nice man, so far so good. Is that a dx front bumper?
Also did you remove the big tank that is behind the bumper that connects to that small plastic pipe?
It is after the oem air filter and it is located behind the bumper and passenger quarter panel.

thanks...the maroon interior I grew up with so...haha im used to it. Also it needs a good steam clean which I need to get around to doing. thx!

No I left that piece behind the quarter panel...should I remove, and is it hard to do? little more airflow?

DX 93 bumper as far as i know...need an exr lip though!

Just finished filling the side motor mounts with urethane. stupid me busted a stud on on passenger side :s
