ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I dont know what you guys are talking about. I can barely feel the difference between no strut bar and a one piece one, so I highly doubt you guys are feeling that much of a difference between a one piece bar and a adjustable bar.

As long as the 3 piece bar is high quality your not going to feel a difference between that and a one piece one.

Personally I'd like to see a pic of this "spoon bar" before I put any stock in that opinion...but still it's a different chassis... apples and oranges... what works in a DA doesn't necc work in a CB... the bars have different designs and the chassis' have different issues... in a CB a neuspeed bar stabilizes the front end alot more than any adjustable bar ever could... the difference even in straight line driving is noticeable...
Trust me, this Spoon bar is built rock solid. Skunk2 also makes a copy of the these Spoon bars that are just as good IMO. Not sure whether either are available for a CB though. All I was trying to get at is a hinged bar can be just as good if not better than a solid one piece bar if its the right design. Here is a spoon bar.

the neuspeed strut bar won't fit an accord with an h22 or any other DOHC motor.. but pretty much any other strut bar will fit no problem unless it's similar to the neuspeed one

                  See my pic above...

It will fit a DOHC non VTEC... but there are clearance issues with the valve cover... I modded mine and it works like a charm...

Go with the one piece and make sure it has good engine clearance. If youre dropping it on all four corners and trying to get it to really handle you need to worry about the rear more. Get an upper rear strut bar and Progress rear anti-roll and polyurethane bushing kit. I promise you WILL feel the difference. I did!Limited slip Diff and camber kit wouldnt hurt either.

I can't imagine a multi-piece strut bar doin much but noodling...
