ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    sedan legend lip

I found a nice lip but its on a sedan does the shorter lip really look that ugly?

Here is my accord with a sedan lip.

You can barely tell, just throw it on there and roll with it until you rip it off on a speed bump. I've got a coupe lip sitting in the corner of my garage waiting for that day but i think i'll need to find a bumper too because the way i mounted it, it is going to require my front end getting torn to shreds to get that lip off.

How well you mount it makes all the difference. Also, the angle of that picture helps quite a bit.

You could always do some work to extend it... people have done such things.

It depends on what you consider to be attractive. It's your car. Personally, parts that don't fit properly look terrible to me.

Oh i drilled four or six new holes and sandwiched mounted it to my bumper using stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts to secure it. Like I said, to get that lip off, you'll have to rip my bumper off too! I've seen other people use just wood screws or self tapping screws to mount it to the bumper but that didn't sound too safe to me.

If you want to get rid of that gap, you'll have to try to find the coupe version of the lip. I had a spare but i gave it away to a local member when he helped me with my car.

if you get the 94 and up sedan lip, it fits flush. I like it as much as the coupe one.
