Rust repair for wagon?

Does anyone happen to know if a wagon can use the same wheel arch panel as a sedan? Like this one?

Cause I really need to patch the rust on my wagon and would rather use metal than fiberglass/bondo. Or is the wagon not quite the same, forcing me to either cut my own metal, or use fiberglass/bondo?

This is the website where I bought mine and although i'm told they are a little different it cn be used. Its a weld in panel for about $38 and I got mine the next day. Still have to do a little modding, shaping and such but a pretty good product.
