O.K here's the deal, this is now a Sticky. The only way to find out who is faster is to go and race them. Asking questions like "what would be faster, my stock Accord or his stock Prelude" is called benchracing. Anything can happen in a race on the street, but I'm going to say track because racing on the street is another idiotic thing to do as well.
For example if I raced a Porsche 911 Turbo and their car breaks down and I win the race, then I can claim that I am faster. Although most benchracing does involve cars that are similar to eachother in weight, horsepower, torque etc, then asking who is faster is even dumber than asking whether I can beat a Porsche. They are impossible questions to answer, but I will say that I could probably beat a Porsche, which one? I don't know, but at least one of them.
