    RPM's jumping at idle??

So ive searched about this but not sure what it could be, some people said the ignitor and others said a dizzy?? When i cold start my car it idles really high, like at 1200. Then sometimes it idles at an ideal 800. However other times, it goes back and forth from about 1000 to 1500. What could cause this?? Thanks for all the help. Also if its any help, sometimes when i start my car i hear a high pitch squeeling sound for like 2 secs then it dies off. Once again, thanks for all the help!

Is the engine revving up and down, or is just the tach jumping?

The engine is revving up along with it. Can't tell when I'm driving and going through gears but when I hit a red light you can hear and see the engine revving back and forth from 1000 to 1500

Check your vacuum hoses for leaks.1 might have slipped off
purge your coolant .the FITV and IAC might have air bubbles
screw down the wax ring in the FITV (may be loose)
High pitch squealing can be too tight or too loose of a drive belt.
