ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

If you love the car, keep it.

Once you've replaced everything, its new again

Almost new. Today I woke up tired of all this and the car is on the transmission shop right now for repair (once again). 700 bucks for the basic repair. I'll be on $0.00 the next week. And if there's another damaged part, it's another bill. I checked the TCU before and It was ok. I believe the power steering leak is the VSS. Getting ready.
At the end, I'll keep the car.

Once again, I was thinking to keep the car, but with the total of the transmission shop, I have to...

They told me the diagnosis and I'll post it here, but consider that my first language is spanish and this is a traduction of the technician words:
He told me that the solenoids are bad, he mentioned the valve body, mentioned a transmission pump and the 1st gear drum, plus the entire repair kit and a year guarrantee with free check every 3 month.
          Total: 1300.
The guy told me that he doubt that the parts has been changed sometime, just the torque converter. So, the guy who I trust the transmission at the 1st time just robbed me.

This car is a real headache. I don't have that money!!!

Have the new mechanic write that information down and then take that to the original mechanic and demand a refund on parts and labor. Take that refund to the new mechanic.

Otherwise threaten to report to an agency that will help you persue the original mechanic.

Anythought to doing the labor yourself? Helms and the FSM are great resources and you can aquire them for free from the library.

After spending 1,125.00 on a transmission repair, I have the Accord on sale since today (2,500.00 min.) or trade for a manual at the same conditions. If I still have it on 2013, I'll keep it. Hard decision and hurts but I have to do it . The car just have now a bad balljoint, the fuel and RPM gauge isn't working and need a new O2 sensor.

              Opinions/advices welcome... Thanks.
