    This is my annoying problem

My h22 is a pos and a damn pussy, lol

first off , no codes ( when I jump the ecu , light just stays on)

when idling the car sounds like an old school truck

and when I accelerate at WOT from a stop , it boggs until I reach about 2k, sounds great until I reach around 4k, it has hiccups, then goes aways after I hit vtec ( in first gear I still get hiccups around 6.5 - 7.3 k)

It seems to be worse while the engine is cold, but it still a problem even at operating temp.

It is even worse if ihave the a/c on, you could definatly feel the loss of power ( and motor idle drops close to turning off, the compressor is new btw)

all of this is in nuetural and in all gears.

The only thing I messed recently was the distributer ( took it off to paint it, ) but i placed it exactly the way I had it on, even made sure the alignment was right.

My iacv and egr( even the ports) is all clean

My guess is the ecu is crapping on you.

Start the car leave it running, and loosen those bolts a little, and adjust it till you feel it running better! Maybe that will solve your problem

I don't think a p70 ECU is the correct ECU. You either need a P13 or a chipped P06, P28 or P72. Try swapping a P13 in and see if all those problems go away.
