    Non-CB7 Cb7tuner meet. Anyone interested?

I know that many of us have moved on from CB7s, or at least have gotten other cars in addition to them. When we talk of meets, I often see people (myself included) saying "Oh, but my CB7 isn't on the road right now!"

I think it would be cool to have a meet where everyone brings a car that is NOT a cb7. Those of us that still have only CB7(s) (like excalibur02) are of course welcome to bring them... but anyone who has something other than their CB7 would be encouraged to drive that instead.

Who's interested in something like that?

If you think your VW will make the trip without catching fire, you're more than welcome to join in!

This is open to anyone that's interested in making it. I'll probably post it in the Mid Atlantic section as well.

I'm thinking we'd do it somewhere in central or south jersey. No place or date in mind yet, so I'm open to suggestions.

I'd rather see the Vega! (actually, it was your list of cars that made me think of posting this )

I am so down. I miss hanging out at meets, grilling, drinking brews, looking at cars.

At this point in my life, IDC what fucking cars are lined up, I just like the camaraderie.

            So basically, ya im down.

            And on a sidenote -

Holy shit deev, they have been racing some serious power at Englishtown because it damn near scared the shit out of me inside my house.

Went outside, and it was LOUD.

I am like 5 mins tho hahaha.

I've been trying to get my car ready for so long, and now you want me to bring a different car! Ugh! J/k

I drive a subaru wagon that I'm working on too and no matter what car I have I'm down for a meet.

I agree. I'm in this for the people. I like the cars, but then again, I like any car.

I think this weekend might be monster trucks down there... I remember seeing something about monster trucks. I kinda want to go
I didn't realize you were so close to the raceway!

I'd possibly be able to make a trip down. Depending how far I'd even consider taking my 65 Impala, but if not the F150 should make it.

Ya I live like 5 mins away from the raceway.

I know of a HUGE parking lot right off the parkway, it's an abandoned AMC theater....

Could fit like 1500 cars lol.

Would be good to have breathing room, and then its easy access and plenty of food options(unless we grill on spot).

Only thing, is NO COVER. In direct sunlight.

Here are the coordinates if anyone want's to look.

Looks like a good spot, obviously we should secure permission to use the site, because we could get kicked for loitering.

Better idea, find a nice day use state park to hold the event. May cost some money and would have to secure registration fees up front if so, but would be nicer than baking in a hot parking lot all day.
