Pretty badass. You can view UTC time, or any time zone you want in the date area with one push of a button. Auto hacks to the atomic clock, and is solar powered.

F22A6 with 100,000 miles. Timing belt, water pump, crank, cam, balance shaft (including retainer), upper and lower tube seals already done. H23 plenum. Bought the trans (CB9) as well to facilitate the sale. Included both control modules. Engine will go in Ruby to replace tired F22A1 using 1 quart of oil per tank of gas.

As rare as having the SSR block is, what's the point? I mean, the 3.898"-bore blocks are already difficult enough to work with now that all the deals on good cylinder heads are LS2/LS3-based. Going to an even smaller bore seems counter-productive.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

most 5.3's can be bored to 5.7 and still have more material around the sleeve. the ls1 style blocks are very delicate and crack easily.

the ls2 style blocks (aluminum) can be bored up to .020 over and still be fine for a mild build.

Anyways, looking at another ls2 block this weekend so we'll see. ill post up a pic of my completed ls1 coffee table later.
