mistakes and regrets

i regret the cheapy ractive coilovers i bought a year or two ago (and still have)

but most of all - i regret buying an automatic. WORST DECISION EVAR.

Not even... I work as a waiter, and my place ran out of crayons for the kids menus... So, I took a little 4 pack that a thoughtful but careless mother left behind so I could have something to give to the kids at my tables. Of course, I left em in my apron on my front seat, and the next day I had a greasy, waxy puddle of gunk right in the seat crevice... Took TONS of stain remover to make it only slightly noticable!

Euro Clear corners (packed away)
Tint (gone after pulled over mutiple times)
Lowering my car before putting on a camber kit (fixed now; destroyed one tire)
12" cerwin vega subs (x2)(thieves probably heard the boom and followed me home and broke into my car)

other than these few pitfalls. I'm pretty happy where I ended up.

not paying attention one time and rear ending the cb7.... Buying 3 pairs of piaa's (110 each) to find out they didnt look like HID.... Messing with stock airbox on the cb7 and having it sound weird and not being able to fix, had to take to dealership to get it re sealed... Going to a fucking 2 dollar car wash and getting my rim on the cb7 gashed because of the damn conveyorbelt...

ahh shit i have a ton of mistakes and regrets....

-getting wheels before lowering
-getting shitty coilovers
-letting a shop fuck me over huge on lowering installation cost
-not getting all suspension shit at one time
-projector headlights
-white wheels (no offense steve)
-getting used shocks
-lowering my car too much
-not getting an ex
-not saving up all my money right away and getting an h22a

theres a shitload more but i get depressed just thinking about em so i'll leave ya with this list

Just the wing and the projectors, I'm pretty happy with the rest of the car. I kind of wish I'd saved up a bit more and gotten a better paint job, with a couple of layers of pearl, and a couple more layers of clearcoat, but I'm okay with how it turned out...

From your pic, I like the way it turned out. The projectors look pretty cool, and the flat blue is in good shape, so it's nice.

1. M3 Mirrors (U-G-L-Y in my opinion)
2. Trying to rewire the steering column by myself (sliced my thumb and towed it to a dealer anyway)
3. AUTO!!!
4. Cheap magnaflow exhaust that lost power and got me at least one or two tickets

I can add another to mine... Buying a Jensen CD player! The thing works most of the time, but it takes vacations from time to time... Every February it craps out on me for a few weeks... it went 3 months once, and then started working fine.

Letting some other asshole do my swap when i could have done it myself.

My altezza taillights

Touching my cluster guage when i didnt know that the car reads the gas tank when its off

Taking some chick to the races and denting my rims racing a prelude beating him and runnin into a pothole after he did and forgettin the pothole was there from tailing him

lettin some asshole fuck up my tranny and says it was the shortshifter

Haven gone to another shop from the same guy who ruined my transmission caseing on the tranny

Went out of my territory to get my swap done when they were some slow workers working on their own cars

lettin certain people get in my car who have no respect for it i hope they die.
