I had an f20a in my 91 accord

the f20a is a strong motor. I got mine for $625 shiped with a new timing belt. the only bad thing is nobody I talked to seemed to know much about it. But after some diging I descoverd it is pretty much a destoked h23. same head, same distributor, same valve cover. Not the best swap out there but on a budget its great. everything bolts up. the only mod u have to do is split the wiring at the distributor for the cam position sensor.
but I put mine through absolute hell:
drop it from third at 95mph/red line into second
after i replaced the clutch and tightend the valves it ran fine.
I had a cracked radiator for 9 months constantly overheated
finaly a piston ring blew and it still ran just on 3 cylinders.
talk about a strong engine. I put it through a year of hell until it died.
But now I am going for f22b1 v-tec, more torque 5 less hp but lower compression (8.8:1 instead of 9.5:1) more boost happy, more potential.

      good luck and happpy swaping
