yup...
pretty normal for a regrind...
you could try tightening the valve lash just a little bit tighter than the stock specs...that should quiet it down a little... but keep in mind it's a fine balance between just right and too tight...you'll never get back to the relatively quiet stock valvetrain sound level...
Power requires sacrifice...RIP Lifsatrip7

Ok first off our bottom ends are not extremely balanced, second you could not take advantage of such a high redline cause you only have a delta regrind. Third is you will be ruining your internals ubove that because we dont have oil squirters, fourth your valvetrain is not ready for such high rpms, fith, because you have a regrind your cam profiile looks very bad, and is not very smooth. As you noticed you hear a lot of ticking LOL this means something. Lastly you dont have ecu tuning equipment to adjust and monitor you motor past 6800 rpm, one thing you should watch out for is OIL PUMP, they can easily fail at high rpm situations. Good luck ~saucy
Edit if you want me to show you what i mean by POOR cam profile please ask and i wil draw it up for you!To have loved and lost is better than to have never loved at all #CB7Life
