I didn't write this and don't take any credit for it. but i found this online and it helped me out while i was setting the tps for my h23 tb.
my addition:
The TPS is "riveted" onto the throttle body, but they are actually screws with no head. What you need to do is to get a dremel or hack saw and create a slit on the top of the screw. then unscrew it with a screw driver. voila. go to your local hardware store or automotive store and look for the screw size :
M5 0.8 screws. Or at least bring the old screw in and match it up. use the old washers. Now read the link below (not mine) in how to set it. its for an integra, but is generally the same.

notes after reading:
positive from voltmeter goes to red wire (fluctuating)
negative can go to any ground (engine block) and you don't have to puncture the green one (less wires to puncture = less chance of messing up something).
