I'm sure that it can be done, but you might just want to use the K24, and swap the head at a later date. Less expensive, more abundant, similar power and more torque... You'd be looking at not only doing an engine/transmission swap, but also mounting the alternator, P/S pump, and A/C compressor on the other side of the engine bay, if not replacing them entirely. It's a big job, and your car will be down for quite a while. But it can be done.

hasport says that they will be making mount kits for the 5th gen accord first, then 6th gen, then 4th gen.

For Sale: CB7 Climate Control Knobs. Replace your broken ones. $8 shipped or $15 for two. Even hondaautomotiveparts.com sells them for $8.79 BEFORE shipping.

That's gonna be one hell of a swap. I think I've seen a K20 into either an EK or EG.

thats good to know actually, hopefully by the time they make the mounts it will be a more common swap with more info available. I mean I know off the top of my head wiring and a header are going to be 2 major problems. im sure there is lots of other little details too... I wonder what axles could be used. but anyways this engine has so much potential. 300whp all motor cars on pump gas are definetly in the future. Im thinking destroked k24 block with the k20a head and 6 speed lsd tranny actually. plus hopefully more cars with these engines will be totalled and the prices will come down by the time mounts are made. lol

It will be an awesome swap, that's all I have to say. 300 whp all motor Accords are very nice.

oh by the way another thing I read about this is that its lighter then a b16. also since its on the passenger side it kind of cancels the weight of the driver maybe? well maybe more then the engine being on the same side at least. overall it should help handling though, especially because of more weight loss in the front end.

Do you have something that quotes this... if so I'd like to read it. Sounds interesting but wonder how much the kit will run.
