what are they exactly for an f22a6t motor. i know i should do the head 3x to make sure its even... what tightening sequencE?

Star off with the bottom center head bolt. Then move to the top center bolt, the bottom bolt to the left of the bottom center bolt, top bolt to the right of the center bolt, bottom bolt to the right of the center bolt top to the left of the center bolt, bottom far right bolt, top far left bolt, bottom far right bolt, and last top far right bolt. Looks like this

Torque in three steps 29 then 51 then 74 FOOTpounds. The rod bolts torque to 34 foot pounds.I live my life a quarter mile at a time. . . for those 56.7 seconds my Nike Shox are are laying the rubber to the asphalt.
