I think most people here have seen my ride, but for those who havent there it is.
Ok, so heres a little history about my ride. 1993 Honda Accord 10th anniversary edition. 4 door. Car was previously nitrous fed on the F22a/automatic. Then i went with a 14b turbo/35shot/auto. An oilseal in the turbo failed, and spit oil into the combustion chamber while making 14psi and 2 piston ringlands broke.
So, my car spent 7 months in a friends garage while i built the beast it is today. I built this car to prove that you dont need 2 cams or vtec to maka 4cyl fast.
Ok, my engine is an F22a. I got darton mid-sleeves installed in it. Honda OEM bearings. OEM F22a crankshaft. Crower F22/H23 connecting rods. Race Engineering (wiseco) extreme duty 8.8:1 forged pistons. I went with 85.5mm pistons.
We had some issues with sleeving the block. The place that did it cracked 2 blocks before they got it right... was a major pain in the ass...
I've had some headgasket issues do to the power level but i think i have them resolved. I was using the OEM headgasket with the .5mm oversized pistons. People say it works, but the gasket was in the cyl a tiny but. So after 2 blown headgaskets I put ARP H23 headstuds in, and put an OEM honda F23 headgasket(slightly modified). Its been a week and all seems good.

I spent a looooooooooooot of hours on the cylinder head, and that bitch flows... I am using new OEM honda F22a6 valvesprings. KMS stainless valves. and a Delta 272 camshaft. I have an F22a6 lower intake manifold, with an H23 upper and throttlebody. I spent a looooooooot of time on that also. It is completely gutted on the inside from top to bottom. Gigantic plenium.
I used a dsm style cast turbo manifold on this. The turbocharger is called the SBR-M60. It has a mitsubishi watercooled standard bearing section. It has a 60-1 compressor wheel. 3"inlet, 2.25"outlet. The turbine wheel is the TD06H. The turbo also has a 38mm internal wastegate.
Getting this turbo to fit took a lot of grinding. I had to clock the compressor a hair, and grind out the webbing off the block, and grind off the nubs for the torque arm on the block.[IMG]

The intake pipe is by Dejon Tool for a 1g dsm w/o mass air. The o2 housing is by Victory Performance Custom 2.5" stainless downpipe for now... and Greddy SP exhaust for now... Need custom 3" dp and exhaust...
The intercooler piping is 60mm. I pieced it together myself... The intercooler is a Spearco. It is 3.5" thick
The car used to be an auto. I now use an H23 5spd. ACT streetlite flywheel. ACT XTSS clutch.(still holding good) stock accord 5spd axles. Modifed trans mount. No torque arm. 92LX 5spd rear mount with insert. MT drivers side mount.
When it came to tuning i knew i needed something good. So i went with the AEM EMS 1040u with built in wideband controller. I cant emphasize enough how much i love this computer. You can do anything you want with it plus more then you could imagine. I also use Fuel Injector Clinic 850cc peak/hold injectors, Walbro 255 fuelpump, AEM 94-97 accord fuel filter
I am also using a GM 3bar map sensor, and a GM boost control solenoid. Sparkplugs are currently NGK BKR8EIX.
I currently run 15psi and it is a beast. All it does is spin tires till 70mph. And from 70-90mph in 3rd gear it still spins a little. I'm estimating the car is making 375whp right now. I took it to the dragstrip one time with boost at 12psi in 1st-3rd and 14psi in 4th. Full interior/exhaust. I use 24.5" slicks. Launcing at 4k with 7psi it bogged. Granny shifting it at 6000rpm i ran a 13.2 at 111mph with a 2.1 60ft. 2nd pass i took off the air filter. Bogged again out of the gate, but shifted at 7000rpm this time. At the 1/8th mile i had 2mph over the previous run but i grinded 4th gear and ran a 13.7...
Right now with 15psi i feel the car should go mid to low 12's.
I do plan to run over 20psi on racefuel however. I expect 425whp at 20-22psi and some easy 11 second timeslips. I do plan to gut the car out and run open downpipe.
I also want larger exhaust, i/c piping, and t/b, but thats for the future. One recent addition is a Moroso H22/H23/F22 oilpan. I also use a special turbo oil filter/ .065" restrictor. When i built the bottome end i elimated the balancer shafts with a Kazzen speed full kit. This consisted of plugging the oilpump/block, and drilling/tapping the block. Was a pain in the ass. The car makes insane oil psi. When fully warm it makes 35psi at idle and 85+psi cruising and even more at WOT.
Oh, i also have a Nitrous Express wet kit installed with a 35shot on there. The car is so fast at 15psi i dont plan on using the juice anytime soon.
I'm trying to think if thats it... all i can think of right now. Anyway enjoy.
PEACE
