Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    ** CISCO ENGINE CALCULATOR - VERSION 12 **

Here is a contribution of mine to our forum. I came up with all these formulas because I wanted something I trusted for my engine build-up. Anyhow, this calculator is based off Excel and you need it to use it. Based on inputs you provide, it will calculate a few different things. On the left column "stock" you can insert the stock setup to compare it to later, or just not use it. On the right column "modified" you insert all the values to your modified setup, new bore, mill/resurface, new piston CC, etc. and you can get final static compression ratio, etc.

For values you may not know to insert in the "known" section, look at the bottom there is another tab called "Honda Engine Info" and I have listed all the information I have and came across on B, D, F and H series motors. Use these values that you need to get a result.

If you have any questions on how to use it, PM me. Many thanks to cp[mike] for hosting this Excel file for you guys.

Version 12 coming out when cpMike posts it up, thanks for d112crzy catching a flaw in one of my formulas. I forgot to apply absolute value for the modified side in regards to piston to deck CC automatic calculation. Thanks for looking out man.

Again, thanks so much to cpmike for always updating this calculator. As I make changes for find issues, I fix them right away, send him the new copy and he is hosting it for you guys. It's a team effort.

Thanks for Jarrett for catching an error in calculations for piston-to-deck height CC on this cb7tuner copy of my engine calculator. It is fixed in version 12.5 and cpMike will update it soon. I sent him a new copy already.
