most of us would'nt know as we have usdm cars, but imma take a wild guess and say that the relay is located above the gas pedal, way up there. You will have an easier time if you remove the dash panel from the drivers side first; It pulls out with clips. Start on the corner and work your way over.
Look for the plastic grey box with the BLUE connector. somewhat like this:

On the 4th Gen its under the dash, driver side.
By where the cruise control, Main relay would be.

hi guys for jack frost whites theory...i tried taking out the that realy on my 4th gen....But the promblem is now, i no lights to run on even if i turn on the headlights...it won't turn on...so i have to put it back.....how would you do this...Im such a nooob.!!!!!!!!VS
