valve cover and intake manifold yes. But for exhaust manifold use the f22a, they are exactly the same.

I was just a little unsure, will the h23 gasket kit fit for the rest (valve cover, manifold, headers, etc.) besides the f22a headgasket?thanks again.

I believe all the answers to your question was in the swap thread I put up. But I used an H23a belt. Used the f22b timing belt gear. Used the f22b water pump (autodynamics-honda.com). F22a headgasket. definately a f22b ecu or an ecu chipped to run a dohc program. SOHC ecu's will run 15 degrees off.

hi i saw you did the jdm f22b dohc swap in to a f22ax block. i have some questions, i have the complete f22b engine with rebuilt head and busted block and i have a f22a1 from a 92 prelude s with bad head. so i wanted to put the f22b head on the f22a block i know i will need the f22a head gasket do i use the f22b water pump? and i use the 88 caravan timing belt, since i don't have the f22b belt i have an h23 belt, or will that belt work? do i change the gear from the f22b block into the f22a block or do i leave it as is? which ecu? f22b or f22a1? its aut0matic BTW. any help will be truly appreciated. thankss.
